Delivered by the coaches of Porthleven Judo Kwai, a free course to help people fall more safely, and get themselves up.

Our Falls awareness course, delivered by the male and female coaches of Porthleven Judo Kwai. The coaches are fully qualified and insured, and are offering a free six week course, from 1.30 -2.30pm on Mondays from 27th July and all through August, at Porthleven Public Hall. We will be teaching how to fall more safely, and how to get yourself up, no Judo is involved, just adapted breakfalls, to prevent sprains and breaks, and hopefully reduce the need for hospitalisation, easing the NHS.
